  • I'm afraid I have to respond to the review left regarding the lash extension class where all 12 students were EXTREMELY unsatisfied. As a business owner perhaps you should look at your operation and what was lacking in this class, HANDS ON INSTRUCTION! To be fair it wasn't fair to the instructor, she was running around like a chicken without a head. She had 12 students to try to get to. Unfortunately it left the majority of us with perhaps 15 minutes of hands on instruction.I for one was very excited to take this class. I'm a former client and contacted the gal who used to do my lashes and asked her opinion before committing to the class. She gave them a good review. Obviously she didn't have the experience we did. Amanda I say again, admit that it was a mistake on your part to send one instructor for 12 people. Contact each and every student on a one on one basis, instead of a "form" email and see what you can do to satisfy each and every one. $695 is a good chunk of change. We, as your clients, deserve better than the barrage of unkind emails you've been sending. Also admit you made a mistake!
