  • Owner is very nice. She did some tailoring for me a few months ago but they weren't completed on the day they were supposed to. I had to go out and buy a pair of pants for work because of her. I decided to give her another chance and took in a big laundry bag of clothes for her to do "fluff and fold" for me. I went to pick up my clothes a few days later and noticed she didn't have my laundry bag. She either lost it or threw it away because she didn't have it. She apologized and said she would get me another one and call me when she had it. I told her that as long as she replaced it with a laundry bag of the same size I would be cool with it. She never called me to tell me she had my new bag so I called her a week later. She still hadn't replaced MY bag that SHE LOST. I thought that was very unprofessional. If I had lost someone's bag and it was my mistake I would have taken care of it that day and contacted them back ASAP. Apparently she does not share my business ethics. She is very nice but I will never do business there again.
