Visited on a Friday afternoon in the off-season at approximately 3pm, no wait and it's a better price before dinner at $39.99 + tax and tip (and honestly I ate so much I couldn't eat until the next morning so it was a good deal).
There is SO MUCH variety here, it was actually possible to lose your table while you're wandering around and trying to take in all the various options. Favourite were the warm alaskan crab legs, truffle gnocchi pasta, the prime rib was pretty good, CURLY FRIES (I'm a sucker for carbs), and two of the ceviches in the ceviche station.
There were so many stations that just when I thought there couldn't be more I discovered the chinese food section at the back with dim sum and others. I noticed that dessert had made to order crepes but I didn't get a chance to try them. Pretty sure there was also a made to order noodle/pasta section that I skipped over too.
Service was attentive and we received our drinks almost immediately after being seated, but it was the off-season and also an off-dining time.
Solid 3.5 stars for service and variety of food, but nothing outstanding that would draw me back here as I prefer restaurants to buffets.
