Absolutely the worst company ever for appliances and customer service. (Warranties are suspect)
Purchased a Samsung #DV56H9100EG/A2 Washer/Dryer for around $3600 with Warranty. About 45 days after purchase the dryer becomes ajar during cycle shutting off the machine. After the initial service call that did not fix the issue, the warranty service opened another service call. I received no update, callback, or service. I've contacted Conns and they simply transfer you to a 3rd party who has no idea what to do or how to get things on track and they promise to call back. Its been 10 days and there has been no callback or service scheduled. I contacted them directly and they said the ticket is closed as resolved. Its a never ending cycle of conn's and their warranty company playing who's on 1st.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. And the warranty is garbage. Good luck ever getting your product fixed.
