| - Gelawhatogy? The first time my friend mentioned this place to me, I had questions. Lots of questions. It sounds sort of like some delicious science experiment and I generally dig things of that variety, so I was in to give this place a shot. The first thing I do, out of pure habit, is Yelp a business. I always say "I`m going to Google that", but I`m lying because I`m really Yelping it. FTW!
Anyway, the first time I came here I was a bit gelato shy and I didn`t really want to ask to try a bunch of flavors, so I just went with one small serving($4) of Pear&Gorgonzola. I know, right? It sounds sort of crazy...CRAZY GOOD! I was right. I was in love the moment I tasted this amazingly subtly sweet, yet savory flavor. I found myself licking the inside of my little serving, yet satisfied until I could make it back here.
I happened to make it back less than two weeks later and that time I had a small size again(I don`t know what I`m doing with my life okay!) and I went half Vietnamese coffee/half Strawberry kit kat. Random, I know. They were both pretty darn good, but the Vietnamese coffee really brought it home for me. It was heavy coffee flavor(which I love), sort of sweet, sort of deep and intense and creamy. Erm, yeah. Love affair with my gelato. It was darn tasty! I want to go back here and eat all the gelato.
Slightly pricey but so worth it. The workers are VERY friendly and eager to assist you in choosing the perfect flavor(s) for you. Give this place a try and don`t be a loser like me: go big or go home! Yum!
