  • Cox Homelife Be aware that the sales representatives are inept. Was quoted wrong price for my monthly monitoring, never given a quote for the installation of the system and sent a bill for $1263.00. They are either deceptive or really stupid at what they do. Waiting 2 days for a manager to call...the supervisor Knox was borderline rude and stupid and useless. Be aware if you sign up with them to do alot of work to get this straight... should have stay ed with ADT..their service was as bad, but they were upfront with pricing. Cox is awful to deal with, could'nt rate them low enough They also don't tell you that you have to pay a $3 per month monitoring fee for this tablet to run the system..ADT doesn't have this...had I been told this would never have cancelled appointment with ADT. They are a awful company to deal with.
