Scheduled service. They were a no call, no show. I called them to find out what the problem was and was told "oh, we only had 9 of your 10 digit phone number (even though they had been here before so I have an account). The owner went on to say, the service tech was in a car accident but he could reschedule for tomorrow between 11 & 1. Around noon the next day, they call and say the tech is walking around the shop like an old man (sore from the accident) and they have to cancel again and reschedule for Monday. Do they really only have 1 tech? Very disorganized very unreliable. I have switched to a better provider.
