  • Had a wonderful experience at Alamo last week. Did as others suggested and checked in online, and then bypassed the counter by adding in some additional information. Went straight through the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center (past an exceptionally pompous lady with her much beleaguered husband and children - although that has nothing to do with Alamo), and went straight to the cars. Spoke with the attendant there, and he directed us towards two Jeep Compass' - silver and a red. We took the red one and off we went! Thanks for a great experience, Alamo! Will definitely be using you for future rentals!
