  • Great old hotel with homages to the hotel's history throughout. Excellent in-room service. Get the coffee! It's good! Rooms vary in size and amenities. I've been happy with each room I've been in. Great service, easy in/out. Responsive and efficient luggage valet. Two decent restaurants. Gift shop has a nice range of items and their hours are excellent. Not sure what the actual hours are but is usually open. It's on my company's list of preferred hotels so I hope to keep staying here when I come to Pgh!
