  • Great water and better service. My deliveries are always there when my schedule says it will and in the rare event that I do have a problem their customer service doesn't patronize me with ineffectual apologies and fake sympathy. I get my issue solved efficiently by polite and concerned people. A sorry doesn't solve a problem and I'm glad that this company understands that.
