I am struggling with rating this store and frankly, the only reason I am writing a review on an electronics store is because they ticked me off even though I love their website and the features it offers (this is where the stars come in). If you have read any of my reviews, you will know my number one Customer Service pet peeve is having staff stand around while no one is being helped and this is what happened to me today.
I went on- line to purchase a gift and chose to have it put on hold in store. I LOVE this option! So when I went in to pick it up at the Customer Service counter I was sure I was invisible. There was FIVE staff members behind the counter towards the back chatting amongst themselves. I should have taken a picture it was so ridiculous. Being invisible isn't always the greatest superpower to have.
