These apartments are not as bad as the ratings say. Although I'm still not convinced management does anything since its been twice that I've complained about the neighbor above me running up the staircase late hours of the night. Nothing seems to change. I wish they would add spikes at all the gate exits to prevent people from entering through the exit and almost hitting my car several times. The staff is extremely friendly. I personally haven't had issues with maintenance. I know they can get caught up with work but most of the time they've been to my door within 24 hours or even same day. The gym has a few treadmills, a few elliptical, one chest press machine, one leg machine, and one all-in-one type. No free weights. I go to an actual gym but sometimes it's convenient when I can't go to my gym. I don't like San Valiente's gym. They need to check those cameras because they will see how many residents bring their kids and let them play on the cardio and weight machines like it's some bleepin amusement park. There is plenty of parking available. They also need more signage of pool rules and regulations at the pool. I'm a CPO (Certified Pool & spa Operator) so it's just habit for me to notice little things like that. They don't realize it's a big liability for them if something were to happen there's no signs to save them from negligence. Hey San Valiente step your game up on that part and lower my rent for the tip. If this were my complex I would put pool hours, no life guard on duty, and other rules listed inside pool area... Just saying. Trust me. Other than that I'm comfortable here at San Valiente.
