Have been looking for a new shop but I'm pretty sure it won't be this one. I had some work done but it required more. I needed the brakes and rotors. I specifically asked the service writer to let me keep the old brakes because I have a lifetime warranty at the auto parts store. He agreed so I agreed. But, the car took an extra day. Not sure why. If that wasn't enough, when I called to remind them I want the old brake pads again in morning and to find out when it would be done because I had an extremely important appointment with a celebrity friend, they were still late. I asked why and they said that they did a test drive and it was still out. Well, that's funny because as soon as I turned on my car, the check engine light was still on AND they didn't leave the brakes. Instead, they left the rotors. I didn't ask for the rotors, I asked for the brakes per our deal. Ugh. Why can't people ever be honest in this industry?? I need to become an inspector because I've gone through more than 6 shops that aren't honest or rip me off
