  • So I am giving this place 4 stars because of their friendliness and patience with trying to get my ring to fit properly. I originally brought my ring in to get resized after all the years of wear and tear.. when I picked it up and tried it on, it was obviously too big, but the person who fixed it said it was supposed to fit this way... long story short, it kept falling off so I contacted Bill who was so sweet and told me to bring it back in. I did, and it has been taken down in size but it also crooked/misshaped. I don't want to keep bothering anyone so I am just gonna deal with it. I just really wish it was round how it should be.They are so friendly and quite fast with their work. I will definitely refer people here, I just don't want to become "that customer". Lol.
