  • I'd prefer their Polish sausage to be about a third less salty (hence knocking off a single 'star'), but otherwise their Polish sausage is about as close as it gets to the sausage I remember my late Aunt making by hand back in the early 70s when I was a kid. Coarsely ground meat - even chunky - and wonderfully spiced. Truly exceptional. Almost perfect.
