| - We have been going here for a couple years, and have had a good experience until now. This clinic seems to be full of NP and not enough doctors, every time we make an appt we get shuffled to an NP. My daughter has been being treated for colitis, a week after her being off the meds all of her original symptoms came back I called to get a refill on her meds, her NP that she was seeing is no longer there, so i ask to be referred to a Dr and i get a call back from another NP :( they say they they won't do anything until she is evaluated. Look at her chart! Shes been evaluted! Of course this is Saturday, so we can't do anything. So symptoms got worse over the weekend I called Monday morning to speak with the referred NP, Jamie Serrano, to have her call me back. 1:00 comes and I haven't heard from her , so I call again, they say oh she left for the day! What! Dr's should not leave the office until their calendar is clear, right? But thats right, she is not a Dr! I had to make her an appt to get in today, to get her back on meds, and of course the only appt available is an NP, again! As soon as we get thru this illness I will be taking my family's healthcare somewhere else.
