  • My only wish is that I could give a "Minus 5" or more because they in no way deserve that one star . They were 1 and a half hours late and every time I called them (twice) the dispatcher was rude VERY RUDE ....Now here is the worst part . After the tow driver arrived and my Dad help load the 67 bug belonging to my brother. We took off "no muss no fuss" telling the driver we were going home in case he needed help unloading it . This company for some unknown reason unloaded the car right where they picked it up from and just left it ...THATS RIGHT LEFT IT ! . No call,no text nothing .all I can think is it was some sort of payback for my calling the Insurance company and complaining about the dispatchers rudeness and how late they were .Well I didn't call them they called me and asked ....so I told them . It is now 6 hours later and still no car I will never again use this company I told my insurance company to send someone else as I don't trust About Time Towing . Please avoid this company at all costs
