The cookies and coffee were good; the service, however, was subpar. No welcome (there was only one other customer there at the time), no eye contact by the clerk, and no "thank you." Just a dismissive "Okay, I guess that's it." Really?
Customer service seems to be a rapidly dying commodity at more and more places. It's sad! Words of advice: the best products going can be quickly nullified by disinterested owners and employees who lack a sincere smile, a warm greeting and a simple "thank you!"
