  • I've been going to Wendy's for about 2 years - every three weeks. At the previous salon, I went every two weeks. First time I went, Kim told me that with gel nails, I could easily go three weeks and four if I really wanted to save a little. So there was no up-selling to keep me on a 2 week routine like the other salon! I really appreciated her honesty - felt like they were going to care about me too! And they do! Kim is wonderful and I am so comfortable with her. Big hug Kim!!! Then I look at how amazing my nails are every time I leave and I'm just sorry I didn't find them many, many years ago! Not a week goes by that someone doesn't tell me how great my nails look. I do the pedicure every three weeks as well - toes look great and it's so relaxing. Wendy is fun and genuine; very good business manager from what I've observed and the entire staff is completely customer service oriented! Roland is a great host for the salon, welcoming, sense of humor as well as smart. One of my friends from England looks forward to going with me when she visits and asks about the salon even when we chat on the phone. Last time we booked the appointment for her as soon as she knew she was coming to the U.S. to make sure she could see Anne! Whether it's your nails, wanting a wonderful pedicure or even brow wax - I sincerely recommend you give Wendy's a try!
