| - So I decided to check out this Starbucks location to get some work done. The establishment is really clean, the drink was tasty (even though the wait was quite a bit lengthy), so why 3 stars?
While I was there over the span of 2.5 hours, there was a man who kept asking people for money and cigarettes. Okay, I understand that this does happen once in a while, but he stepped into this location several times, disrupting patrons. When he couldn't get anything from anyone, he started to become angry and frustrated.
To be honest, I would've grabbed another drink and food so I could get more work done, but I ended up packing up and leaving because I felt uncomfortable.
Is it an expectation for the employees there to solve this problem? I don't know, to be honest, but I do know that it is their responsibility to report this to management and corporate so this issue can be addressed.
