I wrote a negative review about using Bell Trans on 7/26/14 from Encore to Bellagio in which we were picked up with an "UNAIRCONDITIONED" bus in 108 degree heat which included two passengers who are 90 years old!
My yelp review was sent in on 7/28, Nicole from Customer service replied on 7/31 to ask if everything was resolved to my satisfaction and I informed her that no one had contacted me. Nicole said they were supposed to offer me a complimentary airport limo OR credit back the amount I paid for the very hot bus ride.
I told Nicole that I had already left Vegas so couldn't use the limo ride and would appreciate the credit back. She said she would inform management (this was on 8/1/14).
Today is now AUGUST 13th, 2 weeks after the follow-up, and I still have HEARD NOTHING and received NO REFUND!!
I can see why there are problems with Bell Trans, from start to finish!
