  • Caught this truck this week and was extremely impressed with the tasty chicken kabobs. Seasoned perfectly, skewered up with onions and zucchini on a bed of brown rice. THE RICE, I don't know how to explain it but the flavoring and texture was spot on and so unique. I asked how they made it and the chef said it was a family secret. Looking forward to trying the burgers on this trucks menu cause the kabob dish was out of this world!
