Just horrible unknowledgeable customer service. The assistant store manager Bianca Dial was clueless and had no idea what i was talking about or knew what sprint meant by the charges on my bill. I kept getting "well i guess so if thats what this says" or "thats what the system says." She went to the back of the store and and got help from a teenage boy with frosted tips who sounded like he knew what he was talking about again "this is what the system says and it doesn't matter what your agreement says" thats when I knew he had no idea what he was doing. Anytime a customer service rep tells you this what the system shows and we cant do anything you know you're in trouble.
Avoid this place and try to go to an ACTUAL real sprint store not an authorized retailer.
