  • Future customers of Air Canada BEWARE! DO NOT FLY WITH Air Canada. Sunday November 29, 2015. Our flight from Quebec to Montreal with a connection flight from Montreal to Los Angeles was 30 minutes late arriving to Quebec. We missed our connection flight because of the delay. Every person we came in contact with at Air Canada was clueless as if this was the very first time this has ever happened and didn't know what we were suppose to do or know where to send us to get a new flight. All the employees at Air Canada were extremely rude and dumb. Once we got to the ticketing window we were in line for well over 45 minutes then about 35-50 football players plus their coaches, family members all cut the line and were served before all the people waiting in line. Once we got to the window, we had attitude and the people in line behind us were yellowing a coursing at the ticketing window employees. The employees were acting as if it is a normal thing to line jump at Air Canada and pretty much shut up and continue to wait in line. Then they were EXTREMELY rude to us. Gave my boyfriend and I seats apart. One $30.00 meal voucher to share at the Sheraton hotel...for a side of soggy Mac n cheese was $8.00. The lady Joann who was our ticketing agent did not like us and told me specifically to step aside and let my boyfriend handle this situation because she didn't like my attitude. Because of the poor customer service I have to pick my dog up from the pet resort a day later. That's one less day of spending with my dog. We had to lose a day of work. I am in big trouble at work because of Air Canada's mess. I have been in this situation before where the airline company will do what ever it takes to make sure you are not dissatisfied and all we got was a $30.00 meal voucher to share for two people. What an insult. In the past we were accommodated with first class seats, cash, hotel suits and free tickets to use for another flight and all we got was a $30.00 meal voucher to share. Just think twice before you choose Air Canada! Worst airline company in the WORLD!!
