  • Great service from the manager last night. The company I work for has an awards program that gives out movies passes from Fandango. I usually got to Savoys competitor AMC for no other reason than it is closer. Last night me and my two sons wanted to use our movie passes to see Thor at AMC. We have used movie passes their before with out an issue. Last night, Friday, it was busy and we were turned away from AMC. The manager said they had a new system, but I suspect they just didn't want to take the time typing them in. We were not happy with AMC. We rushed across town to see if we could get into Savoy 16. The manager there was very helpful. She helped us get the passes typed in. I think she even saved us a few bucks. She was a great example of good customer service. Great experience. Savoy 16 you now have this families business. We will see you for Justice League!
