  • I feel like the bad reviews for this place are incredibly unfair. Dr. Infeld has been great. My kids ages 10, 8, and 5 have all seen him several times now and we prefer him over our old private practice dentist we used to have. Or insurance changes a lot and we currently don't have dental so we move offices quite a bit and I've seen a lot of dentists. Dr. Infeld is incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with my kids. The last dentist we saw admonished them for being nervous and Dr. Infeld always reassures them that nervousness is okay and talks them down from their anxieties. He takes his time and never talks down to me as the adult in the room. His hygienists and assistants are all equally as wonderful. The only reason I took off a star is that scheduling staff. They are nice but seem overwhelmed and under trained. I've had a few issues with scheduling through them, but otherwise we have been very happy with this office!
