Although right alongside the airport, the new runway means a 10 minute shuttle ride from arrivals. Shuttle can be requested by calling the hotel or asking at the desk. Runs roughly every half hour until 0100. Great service from all staff both prior to and during our stay (quick overnight before taking the Rocky Mountaineer). The room is a little smaller than other Residencies I've stayed at, but well appointed and comfortable. Nice big desk for working if that's what you need. High quality LG television and good selection of channels. And a word on the air conditioning. It works and it does what you tell it, which is distressingly rare in hotels these days. Breakfast is the standard fare, but none the worse for all that. They are also quite happy for you to pop your tucker on a tray and take it back to your room. Shower is cubicle only (no bath), which I like. Less risk of falling over and it means less water on the deck. All in all, one of the better Residence hotels I've visited and ideal if you need to be near the airport.
