The staff are very unprofessional and do not offer any information. The staff are very rude and not forth coming with information. Ticketing staff are intimidated by the bus drivers. The bus drivers are rude and the ticket agents are rude. There is no consistency in how the customers are treated. I have seen late customers who were Hispanic be allowed to board the bus. But when any other are late try to board the bus they were turned down. The terminal is ran in a very unprofessional manner. Ticket Agents do not offer any information as they act as though they are doing you a favor by even speaking to you as a customer. Charging outlets for you phone do not work and many customers needed their phones charged. People who are not riding the bus are allowed to lay all over the floor. People with dogs are allowed to come into the station with random dogs and sleep. Very poor quality of customer service. All of the staff at the Las Vegas Terminal need some training on how to treat people. When you try to talk to them civilly they instantly get an attitude.
