  • Tupelo Honey is a unique experience. I've been there twice now and was impressed both times with the quality of the food and the service. The Bloody Mary's are unbelievable and the biscuits and jam are complimentary and delicious! I had the Shoo Mercy Sweet Potato Pancakes and Fried Chicken and it lives up to it's name...shoo mercy it was good. The second visit was for dinner and I had the Sweet Tea Brined Chicken and mac n cheese which was delicious. My friend had the Shrimp and Grits which was NOT a very good portion for a man. Only a few shrimp (maybe 4-5) and they were on the small side. That was kind of a disappointment but the flavor was good. Just not enough to eat for my friend. I like the upbeat atmosphere and the service was great too.
