  • I submitted a request online and received an email advising someone would be contacting me to confirm my appointment. The email stated that it may take longer on weekends, but someone would be contacting me for sure. Not only did I not receive a call from anyone, but when I tried calling them, the phone just rang and no one picked up. They may be great, but as far as their follow up and customer service goes, it is not the best. They definitely need to make this a more effortless experience. I ended up having to book with another company since no one cared enough to contact me.
