  • I was terrified about my septic since I hadn't had it pumped since 1987 (I know, I know.) Darren and his guy were there on time, quickly located the tank, dug down to the lid, and an hour and a half later, DONE! (Darren even took the time to reset my breaker switch so my A/C came on. YAY!) About pricing. It was very clear to me from the get-go that $375 represents the price for just pumping if the lid is close to the surface (no massive digging required). If they require the backhoe, etc., the price is $800. I really felt I was in great (professional) hands with no film-flam or fudging involved. Plus my neighbor used them several years ago and was equally impressed.
