  • I love Michael Kors items and have purchased 6 bags and 6 watches the problem I am having is with the watches I have 5 watches that all need some kind of repair and when I have taken to store I am told I have to call service number on book that came with box, and then have to ship my watches to the service department and my own expense and pay $55 service fee for each watch. For the price of the watches I would expect better service in house and not have to ship off and wait several days or weeks for return on fixed watch. Just saying my daughter purchased a watch of a different brand in same mall and was able to take to counter have repaired within the hour at no charge.
