I signed up about 6 months ago and everything was great no problems. I recently moved and had to cancel my membership so when I went down there the girl who I went up to seemed irritated as soon as I said I needed to cancel she shook her head and then looked over to her co worker and said "hey she wants to cancel can you do it" so of course he came over and asked her if she knew how to do a cancellation she said yes however she already did 5 cancellations that day and didn't want to do it because she thought it takes to long. Without an argument the gentleman proceeded to help me he was very nice and the cancellation was actually very quick and easy so I don't understand why she practically refused to help me and then pawned me off to someone else. Very very unprofessional and embarrassing in my opinion. The gentleman was very kind and professional but I can imagine his frustration with his co worker being so lazy, I give props to him for keeping his cool. As for the young woman she shouldn't be working there if she doesn't want to do the work. In my experience it is frustrating working with someone who puts all the responsibility on you not fair to the others who work hard and not only that but it looks very bad to customers who have to see this.
