  • Went to the Food Truck Caravan on 5th Ave and Goldwater tonight and got a chance to try their fried catfish and 5 cheese Mac and cheese and I'm so glad I did! The catfish was sweet and clean tasting and it was light and crisp too. Best fried catfish I've had in years! The Mac was great too, with a wonderful blend of cheeses and the pasta was cooked just right, not mushy at all! I'm going to have to stalk them for the addiction they just created
