  • I love Dunks, I really do but sadly this location is in need of a complete overhaul. First of all, the manager is in need of some people skills. She looked at me like a deer in headlights today when I asked her a question. Most of the time the employees are too busy chatting it up with car wash workers that it's a huge inconvenience that they have to stop and actually do their job. No consistency - sometimes my coffee is too sweet, sometimes very bitter. It looks like I'll need to go to Peoria to get a decent cup.
