The owner/manager doesn't care about customer experience. and satisfaction.
SYLVIA (the manager) has a habit of overbooking her appointment. I was booked in between two of her other two appointments with a need for a detailed hair cut. So I didn't get any consulting time with her before my appointment as promised when I booked my appointment.
Since she seems to be in a hurry all the time, I told her my requirements very politely but she didn't bother sharing her opinions or confirming with me on anything, and started cutting right away. She was checking on the previous lady's hair colouring while she was cutting my hair so she's all over the place.....My 30 mins cutting got shrink to less than 15 mins.
I have medium length straight hair and asked for a cut to make it cleaner at the bottom and keep it straight. I told her not to cut too much as in not to make my hair too short. Instead she took it as she doesn't need to put any effort to make my style looks nice. I tried to ask her what she's doing while she cuts my hair but she didn't have the patient to explain to me at all.
After she cuts my hair and ask for my opinions I wasn't very happy with the result and told her I want her to trim the bottom a bit more. Obviously she's running short on time, instead of trying to fix up my style she told me "It's what you asked for and it's nice on you". CLEARLY she just want to be done with me and get to her next customer.
Very unsatisfied with this place will NEVER EVER go back again! And I wouldn't want anyone else to get bad experience.
I don't understand this place had so many good reviews before...it's clearly not worth the $50 I paid for. The ladies at the front are nice but the owner SYLVIA has no idea how to cut hair and tried to hide behind styling to make you believe it's a good cut at the moment...very unhappy with my experience with her.
