| - First and THE last stay with Oasis.
Visiting Vegas after I had moved away for few months to another state, I was extremely excited for my stay with my boyfriend here. It was such a perfect opportunity. Middle of DTLV, was at Gold Spike, clean room and beautiful pool view. So, upon arrival...we were pretty stoked!
FD agent was extremely rude and made me feel as if my boyfriend and I had done something wrong as soon as we walked in. No apologies for having us wait to check-in, her tone of voice was unpleasantly rude, felt like I was NOT allowed to speak nor ask any questions. For someone who is in HOSPITALITY and being a front desk agent, her outfit was unprofessional. Jean short-shorts with a tank top under a blazer. GTFOH. She literally looked like she had partied hard core the night before at Gold Spike and just came to work the next day.
As she was about to check me in, she was giving me such a hard time regards to the name it was registered under. Long story short, I NEVER had this issue with any hotel in any state, especially in Vegas. Every bit of information that was needed was provided and she made it seem like SHE was doing ME a favor. After all that, she let us know where our room was, gave us the parking hanger for our cars and my boyfriend and I got up and left to our rooms.
Our room was clean and modern. Nothing really special. Paper thin walls. OH, and if you decide to stay at Oasis, your parking ticket (even with the pass) is a gift from Oasis for your stay!
