  • I recently booked a conference room and was gravely disappointed in the lack of customer service and care that was given by the director of sales. I can not disclose the details that were mishandled and could cost my company a client because I am taking this to the corporate office of Holiday Inn. If you want to use a hotel that is going to do the exact opposite of what you ask them to do. This is the place.
