  • Live 2 miles away and visit one a week. Have run into Signe 3 different times and she was hostile and blatantly rude each time. Tonight she was her usual surly self and I asked for the receipt that she was throwing away and then asked the "manager" (the twelve year old someone left in charge of their business) her name so we could do a receipt survey. He was laughing so hard at my assertion that she was and always is quite rude that he could barely get her name out. Professional guy! No apology or query as to what was/is always wrong, Safeway is in the same parking lot. They sell ice cream.
