  • I had lived here for 3 years. Originally it wasnt a bad place for the price. Now with rent going over 800 a month I cant see why it would be worth it. The units themselves seem a little older. Insulation is a little thin, so I would recommend going for an inner unit or one without a wall exposed to the sun. My ac unit frequently leaked all over the floor. I complained about it every time but they didn't seem to care. The apartment above me had a water leak in the bathroom. I complained about this when my drywall started bubbling. They took their time to address it and when i complained of mold in the bathroom from the leak, I received 0 response. In the last year all the office staff had been fired and replaced. The new staff is inept and frequently loses rent payments or misquotes amounts due. On my final bill I had been told one amount and that would be final. Then a few days later they said they were wrong and I still owed them more money. On top of that they wanted to charge me late fees for their mistake. 2 months after I move out they send me yet another bill for clean up fees when i detailed the apartment prior to my turning in the keys, additional days rent because they took their time to process that the keys had been turned in, and water usage when I had been told that the additional amount I had been charged after my final rent payment would be all I would owe and no additional amount would be due. For all the headaches and the high cost, this place isn't worth it. Go elsewhere and get a nicer apartment and less issues with a staff that actually knows what they're doing. This place is a nightmare.
