  • I have been getting my nails done at this salon when the first location opened up on Durango and farm many many many years ago. It was always such a nice place, I could call and and be there in 5 minutes and my foot spa was ready for pedicure. I moved to Summerlin and was happy this location was not too far away. However, they go through staff like crazy. Ive kept my same girl and she does a fabulous job but she's booked most of the time. I bring my daughters in with me from time to time. This last time was an utter nightmare for her. She asked for a marble look with her gels, and they said they could do it. But then the technician decided he couldn't. Then a lady that was on the other side of the salon starts telling her no. Another lady next to me doing a pedicure on someone else says she knows how. The yelling lady is yelling at me from across the salon telling me no. They don't even ask the other girl that says its easy how to do it, they just keep yelling at her and me. She is yelling that it is impossible to do on her nails unless she had acrylic. My daughter shows her photos of her friends nails that are much shorter and not acrylic to show what she was looking for..... and she yells no again. I've been a customer for a very long time and this is the first time I have considered going elsewhere. The girl that said she could do it, did a sample one on a nail and came out showing she could do it. Thank god for that girl. They switched technicians and she took off the polish from they guy that did her nails and did what my daughter wanted. It ended Ok, but it was awkward for a long time.
