  • I have been going to this Jared location for years and I can't believe I haven't posted a review yet! If you are looking for some exclusive diamond or gold jewelry, pandora bracelets and charms, fancy watches, and great customer service Jared is the place to be! I highly recommend Geralyn, she is the best! She will do everything possible to get you what you want. The diamonds come with a lifetime warranty, as long as you make sure you get them serviced every 6 months at the store. The service is free. You don't need to bring any papers, it's all in their system. How convenient! One time I took my ring for service, one of their staff noticed a crack in my solitaire. You couldn't see that with naked eye. She showed it to their manager Tim, who took the time to explain and show me where the crack was in their fancy microscope. Tim is such an awesome manager, always puts customer first. Jared took my diamond that I had for a few years, and replaced with a brand new beautiful solitaire of my choice. Geralyn worked so hard to find me what I wanted. Not only that, all this happened a week before our wedding anniversary and she had my new diamond and ring ready just before our anniversary! Another time I had 2 small diamonds fall off my band, and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. Every-time I go for ring service, I am greeted with the best customer service by all of their staff. They even have coffee and bottled water for their guests. Oh and did I forget to mention, they have a little play area where kids can hang out while you pick your favorite jewelry. I LOVE this store!!
