So Hendrick Toyota has somewhat redeemed themselves and continues to do so if the service manager is able to continue with his amazing service. He seems to truly care about his customers so that means a lot. Wasn't able to talk to the general manager as expected, and would have liked to about the timing and chaos dropping my car off, however Rick Mckenzie definitely stepped up to save the day. Silent sale was still silly but as far as my previous purchase and fixing my car, they definitely are trying and for that they get three stars. Still having a slight problem but come time for my next service we will see how things go. Stay tuned for full update and hopefully a five star recovery for service. . Thanks Rick!
