  • I didn't even get through a phone call with them. I called to make an appointment to get my bridesmaid dress altered and the lady on the phone was rude for no reason (here's a thought, having a bad day? Don't take it out on customers). I requested an appointment for any day BUT Friday-Sunday. I would say the next three or four appointments she suggested were for those days, after firmly informing her I cannot do those days she rudely said THIS IS WEDDING SEASON WE ARE BUSY! I hung up.
