  • I will admit that I jump around to different locations for convenience when it comes to working out. But I always find myself coming back to this particular truhit. The staff are extremely kind and I always feel welcomed. Classes aren't over crowded and they sell post shakes which I need to achieve my fitness goals. I wish they had an 8 or 830 am class during the week though. Also to show you the kind of people they are ... I ran out of coolant in my car and Nick (one of the owners) came out to help me. I told him I was fine but he still insisted. I really appreciated his help. This says a lot about his character. If you need a place to workout and feel good about yourself after pushing through a tough workout then come here. They have a groupon special going on right now. Be sure to pay them in person as groupon takes a large chunk of their profits. From one small business owner to another thank you!!!
