  • So, my mom's vehicle was stolen and towed to this god forsaken place. The girls at the front have no personality and have an attitude for no apparent reason. If a customer tells you thank you and have a nice day, respond nicely! We have been standing outside for at least 15 minutes, no shade provided, just some rickety old picnic tables that look like you'll get a splinter in your ass the moment you sit on one. Horrible customer service! Some of is have to get to work and still no sign of anyone to even go look at the car and make sure it's still running! I'll never call this company for a tow.
