Went there tonight, I have heard many good things about The Womack and my wife and I were out and figured we would give it a chance. We walked in, no hostess was present. We continued in the main room, the bar was full but there were three to four open booths but they all had signs saying "See hostess for seating" - okay cool. As we walked back to the hostess stand, some lady with several drinks in her hand walked up and asked if we had a reservation. We told her we did not have a reservation, she told us the bar is open and the patio is open seating, I responded with "Well I guess the bar isn't open" - as it was full (maybe not the best response but it was obvious we couldn't find a seat). We ventured outside, she gave us a drink menu, we waited.... We waited about 10 minutes before giving up and heading next door to Phoenix Ale. I am sorry but the bar was busy, the rest of the place wasn't that busy so I did not understand why no one ever came back to take our order. There was only three other groups outside and one couple walked out in front of us due to the lack of service. Disappointing for a place with such great reviews. Hopefully this was an off night for The Womack.
