  • Spoke to dispatcher and she said cab would be to house in 20 minutes or less. Called after 20 minutes and she was extremely rude and dismissive! I can't fathom how they can stay in business with such rude customer service. I sincerely hope that Uber is allowed to operate in Vegas again so we don't have to put up with the horrible Union cab services anymore.
