  • I went there do have my a pair of slacks and shirts to get cleaned. I have a shirt with padded stars on the shirt, and those stars cannot be ironed directly, I told them specially DO NOT IRON ON THE STARS OR THEY MIGHT BE FLATTEN, I'm sure I made myself clear. But when I got my shirts and slacks back, those padded stars are FLATTEN, I told you specifically and they did it anyway. For my slacks, they're $900, just bought them 1 month ago, they did a great job on removing the stain, but they ripped a piece of fabric off the waist. For all of my shirts, they did a terrible job on ironing, there were multiple wrinkles everywhere on my shirts, so I had to steam them one by one to fix all the wrinkles from them. They just seem don't care about your clothes, if you have clothes that you really like need to be cleaned, MASTER CLEANERS is not a place that I would recommend.
