  • Gluch Group is a company that you can trust to get your property sold! We just went through the process of selling a condo in Phoenix and the Gluch Group knocked it out of the park. I work nights and sleep during the day, so I had to hire someone that would be able to get a deal done and keep me updated on my schedule. Gluch Group really came through. They kept us updated along the way and were on it. That truly relieved so much stress for us. I wanted this to sell quickly, so I didn't want to have an agent that was only working for me part-time. Glutch Group is a well-oiled machine! You're actually working with a group...not just one person. Each person handles their portion during the process, and it really makes things go much faster. We were able to let them do what they do and they got us to the closing table and were able to get the property sold at a price I was happy with. From the day my property was listed, we had eyeballs on it. We got our first offer within two days! The whole process took about four months, but we were under contract four separate times during that period. Flaky buyers and delays with the buyer's lender on the last one dragged it out, but Glutch Group was on it every step of the way. I really couldn't be happier with the whole team over at Glutch Group, and I bet Jeremy and Brittnie are happy to be done with me and my frustrated rants about all the problematic buyers and lenders during the process!
